The concept is simple: 5 drinks, 5 snacks, over 4 relaxing hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Happening every month(ish) from 1-5pm, Such and Such are collaborating with their hospo friends from Canberra and beyond for a series of ‘So and So’ takeover events showing off their respective skills to Canberra foodies.

Beginning earlier in the year, the team have hosted some of our favourite local talents including Elliot Bell (Paranormal Wines), Liv Kelly (Bar Rochford), Lucy Holme (Sandoochie), and Holly Ingram (Pilot, Molly).

In the coming months, Such and Such will welcome two Melbourne chefs who are well-versed in both the food and drink side of things. On Sunday 7 July, Michael Ryan from two-hatted restaurant Provenance and Beechworth Bitters will be creating a full Japanese-inspired menu including bespoke cocktails using his own locally-made amari.

Then on Sunday 18 August, Joel Baylon, the current head chef of Love Shack Brewing Company in Castlemaine, will serve nostalgic, upscale bistro food. Alongside him, the Such and Such team, headed by Caitlin Baker will create a bespoke drinks menu to match Joel’s wholesome fare.

Bookings will become available from Wednesday 19 June, with walk-ins also welcome.
