The Australian National Botanic Gardens have some new friends with Megafauna taking up residence. Take a walk through the gardens and spot three ancient diprotodons. By day, Megafauna will be roving the gardens near the Friends Lawn and Pollen Cafe and take refuge at night in the Visitor Centre Gallery. The family-friendly discovery trail is perfect for some outdoor fun and getting in some extra steps.

Winter in the City
Canberra is getting a lot cooler with the return of Winter in the City 2023. From Friday, 30 June to Sunday, 16 July Civic Square will be transformed into a white winter wonderland. There will be real snow for snow play, ice skating, toboggan rides, live entertainment, toasted marshmallows, hot chocolate, fire pits and more!
