Serving the same indulgent hot chocolates with whipped cream and marshmallows as upstairs, Cowpuccino is perfect after ski location because they’re open until 4pm. Grab a seat by the window and watch the snow fall as you wrap your hands around your mug.

After something a bit stronger than a hot chocolate? Top Spot is serving up drinks until you’re ready to head back down the mountain. With plenty of seating both indoors and out, enjoy the view as you kick back and thaw out.

It’s impossible to not to be tempted by the intoxicating smell of smell of cinnamon sugar when you step down into the Perisher Station after a long day of skiing. Grab a bag of these as you wait for the next train.

Bacco Italian Restaurant

Open from 12pm-9pm everyday
Serving up traditional Italian fare, Bacco has a wonderfully inviting atmosphere with amazing service. Highlights from the menu include their bruschetta, seafood marinapasta and eggplant parmigiana. As both a tourist and local favourite, they can get quite busy but its well worth it!
