Edgar’s Inn

Edgar’s Inn is popular for good reason. It has top quality, well-priced food in a friendly pub environment. Wednesdays are Schnitty Night, where you’ll get a free drink thrown in with the $15.00 deal.
The schnitzels are consistently juicy, and come with fries and salad, as well as your choice of pepper, dianne or mushroom sauce.

When talking about schnitzels, it’s hard to ignore the Schnitzel Haus. Offering 12 variations on the humble schnitzel (in chicken, veal or pork) as well as gluten-free crumb and two vegetarian options. It’s definitely the winner on the choice-front.
The meals are massive as well, and are accompanied with either mashed potato, chips or seasonal vegetables. The ‘Haus’ is definitely a great place for a schnitzel night out with a crowd.

The Duxton offers the ultimate schnitty pub experience at a very affordable special price. Schnitzel and chips are $10.00 on Monday nights (6.00–9.00pm). Expect decent pub food, and a low-key, friendly style
The Durham

This well-established Southside pub is sure to have the schnitzel for you. At The Durham you’ll find a huge chunk of the dinner menu is dedicated to schnitzels and parmas, (including a ‘Parma Challenge’ that could land you on their ‘Wall of Cheese’ if you manage to devour the massive meal and beer combination). Schnitzels are just $10.00 on Thursday nights, so make sure you drop in!
Calwell Club

Calwell Club, part of the Eastlakes Group, sure know how to dish up a good schnitzel. Best night to check them out is on a Monday, when they’re $10.95 each. Their chicken schnitzels come with salad, chips and gravy. They’re large servings, because that’s how the football players like them!

For a schnitzel with a healthy twist, try the Paleo Café. They serve up a delicious chicken schnitzel with raw slaw, lemon and aioli on their lunch menu (from 11.30am) for just $18.50. If you’re lamenting the lack of fries with this one, you can always add a side of sweet potato chips for $6.00.
