Sweaty singing indie-pop DJ, Muscles, will be bringing the sunshine back to Canberra with his feel good anthems and edgy beats, when he performs at Friction’s B.A.D (Back Alley Disco) on Friday 28th of March at Academy.
Muscles has had a massive 2007, busting out hits such as ‘Sweaty’ and ‘Ice Cream,’ releasing his debut LP, touring the US with Soulwax, playing the Wireless Festival in the UK, supporting Daft Punk on their Never Ever Land tour and playing at Canberra’s Foreshore Music Festival.
Much like Muscles, we Canberra kids have had a huge 2007. With first-time-event Foreshore Summer Music Festival proving to be just what the doctor ordered. The event shipped the best national and international dance, house and indie acts straight into our Nation’s Capital. Despite the rain, Muscles proved to be a Canberra favourite at the fest, with his feel good tunes bringing the sun out from the clouds.
Muscles got his thang on at this year’s Good Vibrations Festival and is now back on the road to launch his Australian ‘The Lake Tour.’
The tour will see this Aussie favourite flex his muscles in Melbourne, Geelong, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Freemantle, Sydney, Wollongong, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Port Maqaurie, Newcastle and the beloved Berra.
Don’t miss the opportunity to check out the Muscles and sing-along. Tickets are $25 available @ Landspeed, Stocks & online @ inthemix.com.au
