Last week Braddon’s premium restaurant Sage announced the return of the ever popular ‘Taste and Test’ – a unique and interactive dining experience where customers judge and score each dish they eat!
“For the first time ever we are having a specific theme for ‘Taste and Test’. Guests will experience flavours of South East Asia meeting native Australian bush food ingredients, all while remaining quintessentially Sage,” Head Chef, Thomas Heinrich said.
Sage Dining Rooms was voted last year as number two in the prestigious top ten restaurants of Australia according to TripAdvisor’s 2019 Traveller’s choice awards and was a finalist in Gault&Millau’s Restaurant of the Year the year before that.
For those seeking the “food critic” experience there are limited seats available for ‘Taste and Test’. Cost is $75 per person + optional wine and non-alcoholic (for school nights) pairing for $25 per person. Bookings are essential.
Sage Dining Rooms is located within Gorman House Arts Centre on Batman street in Braddon. Phone – 02 6249 6050.
