Canberra’s newest and most unique cinema experience happens beneath one of its oldest features. Join us under NewActon’s 100 year old Oak and feel its luscious canopy drape dotingly over The Courtyard to provide a haven for intimate alfresco movie screenings.

A heavenly menu is available during the film or you can dine with us afterwards. Bring a blanket or borrow one of ours – you’ll find the astro turf is super comfy! Watch for free if you dine, or purchase your exclusive deckchair ticket by calling the number below.

The Courtyard space is transformed for these screenings with a drop down wind resistant screen. State-of-the-art surround sound is installed, with speakers cleverly positioned to make the most of the courtyard’s natural acoustic qualities. The Courtyard is finished with a luxurious carpet of artificial grass for your comfort, which is soft enough to forego the blanky.

The space holds a comfortable 40 keen cinema aficionados and their cohorts.
