Set amongst the lush surrounds of Murrumbateman, Lake George, Wallaroo and Wamboin, Canberra’s wine district offers a renowned and diverse range of wineries.
After a hard-hitting few years, our incredible winemakers want to see you come around to their cellar doors and experience the exceptional product we have in our own backyard.
Held over two weekends from 2 to 10 April, the Canberra Wine District Harvest Festival will have a collection of events for wine lovers to explore. Ranging from harvest talks, cellar door wine tastings, grape stomping and musical soirees, they invite you to drink up and get your hands dirty!
The following wineries will be participating and offering unique experiences.
- Four Winds Vineyard is hosting a movie night with pizza and wine under the stars and amongst the vines.

2. Gundog Estate will be celebrating with jazz on the Terrace each Sunday, alongside surprise vintage tastings and amazing food and wine pairings with Grazing Gundaroo.

3. Lake George Winery welcomes you to pick grapes and participate in grape stomping with a harvest talk followed by a food and wine pairing.

5. Pankhurst Wines invite you to a special tasting of their previous vintages of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet accompanied by a delicious cheese platter. They will also be hosting a session on their Italian varieties Arneis and Sangiovese with Pizza by Jackos.
