It’s almost that time of year again, to vote for OutInCanberra’s annual People’s Choice Awards. With a whole new look and feel, we are excited for another great year recognising Canberra’s best in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Giving power to the people, we want Canberrans to have their voice heard by voting for their favourite among our various categories. As always, our six main categories include favourite restaurant, café, nightlife, entertainment, event & attraction and local product. With sub-category winners also up for grabs, winners of a main category will be unable to take home a sub-category nomination, making room for more local love.
2021 was an amazing year for the People’s Choice Awards with record-breaking votes. Taking home a main category award, the following venues were named the people’s favourite:
Favourite Café: Two Before Ten
Favourite Restaurant: AKIBA
Favourite Nightlife: Assembly
Favourite Entertainment: Kingpin Canberra
Favourite Event and Attraction: Enlighten Festival
Favourite Local Product: Pialligo Estate Smokehouse

The main category winners will be announced as part of the annual Canberra Region Tourism Awards held on Friday 25 November 2022.
