An Italian dining club taking us back to the impeccable style, class and food of old-school Italian culture, Rabble Group’s Alinga Street precinct has unveiled its next venue, Bada Bing.

Following the launch of late-night rock club, Fun Time Pony, Bada Bing Dining Club promises an entertaining blend of retro Italian and light-hearted fun, embracing the culture through house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, booth seating, private dining, vintage aesthetics and of course, plenty of aperitivo’s making the rounds.

Taking up residency on the corner block of Alinga and East Row, Bada Bing is expected to launch next week, showcasing a menu rooted in the Italian food philosophy of simplicity. Reflecting a commitment to the finest produce, diners will find a selection of pizza, pasta, hearty mains and only the most beloved classic desserts.

“Bada Bing Dining Club is a collaboration amongst friends. We could see what Canberra was missing and took inspiration from venues such as Alberto’s Lounge, Ragazzi and Pellegrino 2000 in Sydney,” says Rabble Group’s Executive Chef, Brendan Guy.

“Each dish has been designed to complement our wine and cocktail lists while putting our own twist on the Italian feel. We are stoked to be bringing modern Italian to Canberra.”

Serving a comforting mix of fresh pasta, between the slow-cooked lamb ragu, Balmain bug risotto, spaghetti vongole and white Bolognese, there are no wrong choices. However, when wood-fired classic and contemporary pizzas are added to the mix, you might find yourself struggling to choose just one!

Ensuring the space is comfortable and feels like home was an important aspect when designing the restaurant. A place for casual after-work pizzas, weekend lunches, romantic dates or any special occasion, the heart-warming menu is paired with retro Italian wallpaper, high-wood panelled walls and original arch windows. For those seeking a touch of sophistication, the private room hosting up to 12 boasts a ceiling fresco reminiscent of the Sistine Chapel.

Marking the second of three distinctive venues of the precinct, the final instalment, Al’s Deli and Diner, is also expected to open in the following weeks.

Bada Bing Dining Club is set to operate from Tuesday to Saturday from 12-3pm for lunch and 5pm until late for dinner. To make a booking visit https://www.badabingdining.com.au/
