Available to try in Underground’s Gin Garden from 14 September to 13 October, promenade through Floriade before taking a well-deserved break and exchange pleasantries over delicious cocktails.
“This year’s Underground Spirits Gin Garden promises an immersive experience, featuring a garden party inspired by Bridgerton, with all the touches of high society and romance culminating in the debut of our Lady Floriade Gin,” says CEO of Underground Spirits, Claudia Roughley.
For those looking for a truly decadent experience, reserve a private table in the Underground Spirits Cocktail Domes and indulge in teapot cocktails, traditional danishes, pastries, quiches, and an exclusive Floriade Tart crafted with Lady Floriade Gin by Canberra’s renowned L’epi Artisan Bakery. In an intimate setting, the domes are suitable for groups of 2 to 8 and are available from Wednesday to Sunday from 11am.
