If you’re one of the many Aussies who use RecipeTin Eats as a bible for all things food, it’s time to enter your new cooking era, as Nagi Maehashi herself is coming to Canberra to promote her latest cookbook!
Touring select Westfield centres around the country over the next two months, Nagi will be stopping in Canberra on Saturday 23 November at 12pm in Westfield Belconnen. In celebration of her new cookbook, TONIGHT, Nagi will be doing a book signing and meet and greet with budding food enthusiasts.
“I’m absolutely thrilled to be going on tour with Westfield! Meeting my readers is one of my favourite parts of my work, and I’m so excited to discuss all things ‘Tonight’ in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra soon,” says Nagi.
Filled with recipes you can make tonight, the cookbook features 150 brand-new recipes, plus 800 variations on those recipes, and 3,000 possible combinations using mix-and-match formulas, including Nagi’s world-famous Charlie sauce. Catering for all budgets, tastes and levels of cooking, this may be the handiest cookbook to have in your kitchen.
RecipeTin Eats’ TONIGHT will also be available to purchase from selected Westfield retailers including Big W, Dymocks, Kmart and QBD Books from 15 October.
The event is free and will be near Dymocks at Westfield Belconnen. Get all the information via Westfield’s website.
