Kicking off what is sure to be your favourite weekend activity, Carlotta has begun free-flowing long lunches, where from $89pp you can sip on bottomless drinks paired with a Mediterranean share-style menu every Sunday from 12-2:30pm.
For 90 minutes, get top-ups galore of everything from Aperol spritz, limoncello spritz, Prosecco, vino, Peroni Rossa and soft drinks. Then, to make sure the day doesn’t go south, the kitchen has created a long lunch menu of seasonal dishes like salumi misto, stracciatella with cucumber and dill, Sicilian polpette rigatoni, and polenta chips.
If after 90 minutes you’re just getting started, opt to extend your lunch even longer to two hours for $109pp.
