From 30 June to 3 July at Parks Lawn West, enjoy the best parts of Christmas; family, gifts and goodies, food…and more food! Think gooey raclette, fire pits with roasted marshmallows, private igloos, authentic wood huts, a snow lane and plenty of mulled wine!
For the first time, a melted cheese and private igloo experience awaits the most festive and cheese-loving Canberran. A winter tradition in France, melted raclette over potatoes, hams, salami and pickles is a must-try delicious experience, and what better way to enjoy it than in your own private igloo and fire pit with mulled wine and giant marshmallow skewers!

Bringing the magic, be welcomed by two giant nutcrackers along with real Christmas trees and dazzling lights as you stroll through the snow lane and wood hut stalls. Don’t worry, even if you don’t book the cheese and igloo experience, there will be plenty of melted cheese stations, along with amazing comfort food, artisan products, wine and hot chocolate! There will also be a boutique selection of beautiful art, craft and spirits from local producers.
Then, make your way through the snow lane to the first pits. Available for hire, feast on all-you-can-eat roasted marshmallows with a cup of mulled wine to warm you up! Or book a spot in the VIP bar area with blankets and heaters.
After getting so close to our first Canberra version of a European Christmas last year, only for Covid to steal the show, we are so excited to see it return for 2022.
