It was a family affair as Guy Sebastian and Chris Sebastian provided an incredible night of entertainment at the Canberra Southern Cross Club, Woden.

Keeping it in the family, twenty-year-old Chris Sebastian performed solo to start the evening off. Performing to a backing track for his first two Chris Brown-esque songs, it was clear to see he was already following in his older brother’s footsteps.

I absolutely love breakfast. I especially like eating it out on the weekends, in good company, while pouring over weekend newspapers. Just the smell of a cafe serving breakfast – overwhelmed by coffee and bacon- makes for a delicious, sensory experience. So when I was asked to review Ha Ha Bar I was delighted. Not only does the breakfast menu represent exceptional variety at reasonable prices, Ha Ha has quickly become the ‘it’ venue in North Canberra for all kinds of events.

Canberra’s boutique offerings have always been slim pickings, but now we can add another store to the line up with boutique, Alice Be Curious, open now in the city.

LOW FREQZ aims to showcase quality electronic music from around the globe to open-minded Canberra audiences, with a strong emphasis on bass and beats. The night will pioneer both new and classic music from a number of sub-bass oriented genres, including (but not strictly limited to) Dubstep, Grime, UK Funky, Future Garage, D’n’B, Hip-Hop, IDM, Glitch as well some proper wonky beats.

Low Freqz aims to keep it interesting, keep the sounds and styles moving and be versatile in order keep the punters both interested and guessing.
