Spring Preview: Pink lips

We saw this look featured as the lipstick of choice on Catherine McNeil in Louis Vuitton’s latest Resort 2010 campaign.

Why we love it? This colour highlights a tan dramatically, yet still works with peaches and cream complexions. The 80’s inspired colour is incredibly chic when teamed with tailed and fashion forward pieces.

Get the look by combining a few different lipsticks to get the colour you want, or for more depth, try a lipstain. If you’re game (and tanned) go vibrant! Don’t forget to touch up- nothing worse than ‘old’ pink lippie.

Get the look by:
Start by using a really good primer (Try Beauty Flash Balm by Clarins RRP $77) – it’s essential that your base is flawless. Next use a foundation brush and work on a matt foundation.
