This year’s National Capital Craft Beer Festival will see the addition of the Crafter Chef Challenge on both Saturday 26 & Sunday 27 September.
The challenge will see local chefs mix fine food with craft beer.
Chef Katherine Brown of Debacle, Chef Dalan Houston of All Bar Nun and Chef Cameron Harmer of Zierholz Brewery will battle it out for the highly coveted Crafter Chef title from 2 – 4pm on both days.
This challenge will be judged by industry critics alongside As Mental As Anything and Casual Projects.
The winning Crafter Chef will enjoy the major prize of $1000 marketing incentive and full bragging rights for the year.
While all Chefs have been ordered to ‘chop chop’ and begin meal planning, you can do your bit by supporting your favourite eating/drinking establishment this weekend.
