Returning in March for its seventh year, Canberra Good Food Month presented by Citi will be celebrating the very best the capital has to offer. This year, the programme celebrates a culinary collaboration between industry talents from all around Australia at four iconic Canberra restaurants.
Dine at Aubergine as Chef Patron Ben Willis and Aaron Ward of three hatted Sydney restaurant, Sixpenny bring you an evening of phenomenal courses with epic wines on Monday 22 march, join Bar Rochford as Alanna Sapwell and Analiese Gregory bring Sapwell’s Esmay to the plate on Sunday 28 March, for lunch and dinner. Or taste just how good vegetables can be with a fine dining young chefs dinner featuring a vegetarian spread at Monster Kitchen & Bar on Monday 29 March.
For the Canberra foodie experts, join in on The Good Weekend Quiz: Live at The Boat House with Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Executive Chef, Corey Costelloe. You and your team will be treated to a selection of Corey’s phenomenal snacks before indulging in the main meal while they test your knowledge on food, drinks and Australia’s dining history.
