DC Fit, will be celebrating mothers of all ages by offering a program designed to support and strengthen the pelvic floor; a part of the body that all mothers know is significantly weakened once a woman has given birth. There will be three classes every week – Bounce, Zumba and Barre Body – with each class specifically designed to accommodate mothers and, more importantly, their pelvic floors.
