Christmas has begun at Westfield Belconnen and Westfield Woden. Spreading a little festive cheer and magic throughout the centres until 25 December, there are plenty of activities happening over the next 5 weeks that the whole family are sure to enjoy.
As usual, both centres have been decorated thoughtfully, including a stunning Christmas tree leading you straight to Santa Claus! From now until 24 December, give your children the opportunity to tell the big man what’s on their Christmas wish list and capture the special moment with a Santa photo. Have a four-legged member of the family that you’d also like to be included in this year’s family photo? Pet-friendly Santa photos are also available on selected dates. Making sure everyone gets their time with Santa this Christmas, Westfield also has Sensitive Santa experiences where families can have a photo taken in a relaxed environment, tailored to children with sensory challenges. Bookings are essential for all photos.

Gift wrapping is available at Westfield Belconnen from 13-24 December and at Westfield Woden from 2-4 December and 9-24 December. If you’re looking for more ways to get in the spirit of Christmas, Westfield Belconnen is making sure you get the opportunity to join in the fun, with events happening every week in December. Every Friday in December on Level 1 centre court, sing along to Friday night carols with a magical Christmas carol performance. Then, every Saturday and Sunday from 12 November to 24 December, get a glimpse of a white Christmas as Westfield makes it snow in centre!
Westfield Woden Christmas events
Giving you more than one way to spend time with Santa, Westfield Woden is hosting a Santa Breakfast on Saturday 3 December and a Mrs Claus gingerbread decorating workshop on the first two weekends of December. For one night only, on Saturday 19 December, Woden will also be hosting a musical Christmas performance, featuring music, dancing, costumes and audience participation a-plenty.
