• Signature oysters with pomegranate mignonette
• White bean hummus and smoked baba ghanoush
• Kingfish tartare with mandarin chilli dressing
• Spiced loligo squid and urfa chilli mayo
• Pumpkin, goat’s curd, dukkha and fennel
• Grilled octopus, black toum and potato
• Dirty rice with freekeh, lentils and lemon
• Cafe-cotta with apricot and pistachio
