From November 1st, Midnight Hotel, Autograph Collection will proudly present a captivating exhibition by world-renowned local artist Tommy Balogh, featuring his vibrant and organic abstract paintings. This exclusive showcase will grace the hotel’s lobby as part of the hotel’s latest ‘Meet the Maker’ series—an initiative dedicated to showcasing the artwork, craftsmanship, and culinary delights of Australian artisans.

Tommy Balogh is a maverick artist known for his large-scale, immersive art installations and collaborations with global entrepreneurs and cultural institutions. A graduate of the Australian National University, Tommy’s work combines technology, light, and abstract expression to generate thought-provoking experiences.

This exhibition marks the third installment of the ‘Meet the Maker’ series at Midnight Hotel this year, following the successful showcases of Mexican artist Aldous Plascencia and local print artist and designer GWENYTH. Inspired by the hotel’s core values of design, locality, and experience, guests can also enjoy a diverse array of bespoke commission pieces and exclusive selections from the National Portrait Gallery throughout the hotel.
