Join Midnight Bar for an afternoon gin bowl in the sunshine this summer season. Partnering with Hendricks Gin, they will be setting up their cart from 4pm, mixing a fabulously refreshing range of flavoured gin bowls. Midnight’s chefs have also created the ultimate food pairing, ‘The Curated Match’ – Hendricks Original infused beetroot cured king salmon, horseradish cream, crispy capers, cucumber water, dill and watermelon radish.

Customers who order two gin bowls will also be placed into a draw to win a hot air balloon ride on Sunday 12 March and a 50ml bottle of gin to take home. The winner will be announced on 8 March.
