Taking you to a place where tequila reigns supreme, the drinks menu is drool-inducing. We’re talking margaritas, 44 tequilas, 26 Mezcal varieties, sangria Sundays and tequila sunsets. You’ll want to taste them all… so unless you want to turn into a wobbly cactus, planning a few separate nights at Cabo is probably a good idea. From artisanal blanco to aged añejo, every sip tells a story. The Cabo team are eager to share their tequila and cocktail expertise and guide you through every unique bottle.
Chase those sundowner vibes, with everything from ‘Sunday Sangria Sessions’, ‘Tequila Tastings’ and ‘Build Your Own Margarita’ experiences on offer and you’ll soon find that all roads lead to Cabo.
Satisfy those munchies with an equally exotic food menu, starring bloody maria oyster shots, corn-ribs, chorizo poretno and olives, tacos, chips & salsa and more tacos. Even a seasonal fruit bowl is rocking a sombrero of lime and spices.
You’ll feel perfectly in place immersed in the interiors that ooze modern coastal vibes, with a neutral colour palette, organic aesthetic and a beachy soundtracks that’s sure to put you in that holiday state of mind. With communal high tables, cosy bench seating and spots to perch up at the bar, everyone will feel like part of the family.
Located in the Melbourne Building at 27 Northbourne Avenue (directly below Highball) and conveintely close to us who work in the city… Cabo will operate from 4pm, 7 days a week for after-work drinks, intimate evenings, or late-night revelry.
