The all-new Highball has finally reopened! While the bar is still the same at heart, keeping its original influence of rum culture, the menu and look has been revamped.

Showcasing some of the tropical cocktails you know and love, including the Zombie cocktail and signature punch bowls, the beverage menu will also feature some exotic newbies such as a very cool six-person daiquiri tree. Influenced by South American cuisine, the expanded food menu will also see new dishes such as scallop ceviche, kingfish taquito, empanadas and tacos.

Perched above London Circuit, Highball’s new first-floor home fills the iconic corner of the Melbourne Building. The main bar area is decorated with plush velvet benches surrounded by greenery and natural light, while the hacienda-style terrace space is the perfect getaway overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city.

Opening just in time for those Christmas celebrations, the new space also features a private functions room. With a private bar and terrace with views over London Circuit and City Hill, it’s not too late to book your work Christmas party or event for the beginning of 2023.
