How do I buy a ticket?

Why not avoid the ticket line and become a member. Young Memberships $90, Full Memberships $150 and Seniors $90. Enjoy free admission all year round to all race days including the 3 feature days and access to the members only areas.

How much does it cost?

General Admission $40, Children 12 – 17 years $15 (Note: Tickets must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian), Aged Pensioners $5, Pre purchased group discount for 10+ people $35 pp. Children 11 years and under are free (must be accompanied by an adult). *Ticket prices apply for non-members.

How do I get there if I don’t want to drive?

ACTION route 56 will operate from Belconnen and Civic along its usual route, with a detour down Randwick Road, dropping racegoers right out the front of Thoroughbred Park.

What do I wear?

Every year, the fashions at Thoroughbred Park become more elaborate and impressive, but you don’t have to be the fashion savviest individual or wear the fanciest fascinator to look the part. However headwear for the ladies, and a suit for the men is a must. The official lapel flower for the Melbourne Cup is the white fuschia, secure one to your lapel for classic race day style and watch the women swoon.
