Braidwood’s Mona Farm is hosting a Sunday roast.
We’re told this is a ‘forget what you know’ situation, dialling up your traditional Sunday get-together with a contemporary and (of course being Mona Farm) lavish spin on things. Think a share-style menu by their executive chef, garden-inspired spritzers and live music, all in The Ring of Trees location within the estate.
Held very conveniently for Canberrans on Sunday 12 March at 12:30pm during the Canberra Day long weekend, this is your rare opportunity to dress up in your best garden-inspired outfit, get your friends together and enjoy the ultimate Sunday sesh in the exclusive Mona Farm.
For their first Sunday event, the menu includes seasonal ingredients, outdoor cooking and homegrown vegetables. Chef Tristan Rebbettes will be working his magic, plating dishes like house-grown herbed and spiced rotisserie chicken cooked over local timbers, Ceasar salad and French rum baba with peach, raspberry and ice cream.
To accompany the menu, Mona Farm is bringing out their Spritz Bar, serving refreshing cocktails available to purchase, alongside lounge beats thanks to DJ Pierre.
And, if you’re struggling to find a ride, why not make a night of it and book one of the Farm’s boutique rooms? Special reduced rates apply for accommodation and tickets!
Tickets are $89pp with limited seats available, purchase yours vis Mona Farm’s website.
