Solita

Solita’s woodfire pizzas are a fan favourite and Canberra’s only pizzeria to be accredited by the APN, Naples Italy! You have the option to customise your own cheesy pizza deliciousness or order from their menu and choose from their pesto & parmesan pizza bread, the margarita, which includes Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella (Vegan options available), fior di latte and basil, or choose the triple cheese, with triple the mozzarella and tomatoes.

Round pizza

Round pizza is great for making pizza’s for everyone, the classics, vegetarian, low carb, grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan you name it! The cheesy pizzas include margherita, the classic tomato base with mozzarella cheese and basil, the Bosco, which includes bocconcini cheese with prosciutto, cheery tomato and balsamic glaze.

Da Bronx

Da Bronx pizza is where New York meets Canberra. If the idea of New York pizza is new to you just think really really big!

They have three options for cheesy pizza’s on their menu including the Staten Island, which is their plain cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella (vegan cheese available), the Brooklyn, which is a blend of mozzarella, tasty cheese and ricotta cheese, and the Little Italy, which includes fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella!
