Charging out of the blocks comes Trackside 2009, back for its triumphant third year. A maelstrom of music, carnival rides, international food & drink and market stalls will once again settle on the scenic Thoroughbred Park.
Adding to an already stellar Trackside line-up comes three of the Southern Hemisphere’s brightest stars. The magnificent pomp and brutality of metalheads Parkway Drive will prove once again why they’re putting Australia on the world map.
The hypnotic melodies of psychedelic rockers Tame Impala will have hands and hips a-swaying. And New Zealand’s Cut Off Your Hands, who released one of the best albums of 2008, will show they can more than cut it in the live arena.
