GourMay Campaign Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions contain important information, and we encourage you to read them carefully. Unless otherwise stated, any ticket purchase or ticket acquisition made via the GourMay Website and OutInCanberra Ticketing platform are subject to these terms and conditions. OutInCanberra will be referred to as the promoter and each participating venue will be referred to as the Event Organiser.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be made via this page.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at outincanberra.com.au/gourmay by selecting the relevant venue experience. All ticket sales are handled by OutinCanberra.

Ticket Types
Ticket types and inclusions will vary based on each Event Organiser (venue).
Inclusions
Ticket inclusions will be what has been outlined in each Event Organiser (venue) listing on the GourMay platform. The experience and inclusions will be listed on each Venue Featured Dish, Featured Beverage and What’s on listing on the GourMay platform.
Reservations
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to liase directly and reserve a ticket with the event organiser (venue) where the event is taking place. It is not the responsibility of the promoter to book reservation of the event ticket.
Refunds
Tickets are strictly non-refundable if you simply choose to change your mind or are unable to attend due to personal circumstances.
Tickets are refundable when an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or relocated by the Event Organiser, or where required by Australian Consumer Law. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Event Organiser, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (excluding any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), The Event Organiser will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. All refund requests must be submitted to the Event Organiser.
Tickets are refundable under extenuating circumstances only. A refund request must be submitted to the Event Organiser. All approvals/rejections are decided by the Event Organiser. Refund requests will ONLY be considered if you include:
The registered email against the booking
Reason for the request
Any supporting documentation (medical certificate, etc)
We will not consider your request without the above. Acceptance of a refund request does not denote approval. Requests will be responded to in five working days. We are unable to guarantee your request will be approved.
Requests
Please submit all requests directly to the Event Organiser (venue of event).
Resale
Tickets may not be resold without the prior written consent of the Event Organiser. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites.
Promotion
Tickets may only be used for promotional purposes including competitions, marketing and trade promotions with prior written consent from the Event Organiser .
If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, without prior written consent from the Event Organiser, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticket holder may be refused admission. The Event Organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such action.
