From the minds behind The Boat House and farm owners, this collaboration brings a wealth of knowledge of the land, its produce and dining.
Opening in early 2024, the restaurant will feature a farmhouse shared-style menu guided by the seasons. With a proven reputation for extraordinary dining and unforgettable service, this new venture promises a high-end yet unpretentious journey through the flavours of Australia, right down to the wine list. Served in an indoor and outdoor dining room, the restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows, local stone, manicured garden surrounds and a double-sided fireplace for winter.
The Boat House’s James Souter and John Leverink say, “Our vision was to create a space where guests could side-step the hustle of day life, and focus on the company they are with, sharing moments over memorable food and drinks. This is a place to come and pass plates, laugh, share and unwind.”
A truffle farm through and through, the site holds over 800 truffle trees that will no doubt guide the restaurant’s menu in winter as well as give guests the unique opportunity to experience cultivation and harvesting first-hand through truffle hunting.
Guests looking to take the experience full circle are also invited to make a reservation to the farm’s boutique accommodation, where each abode has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and luxury within the peaceful surroundings.
