Back by popular demand, Questacon’s ultimate adults-only night out, SciNight, will take you back to the nostalgia and memories of your year 6 excursions you once had at the Science and Technology Centre all those years ago.

Held on Friday 25 November, join them for an after-hours trip through the galleries where the centre will be bursting with entertainment, roving performers, unique cocktails, and heaps of science-themed activities, all focusing on the evening’s theme of nostalgia.

Experiences and activities include a blue light disco under a giant moon installation, complete with glow sticks, UV face paint and glitter tattoos, a STEM trivia with Australia’s premier drag ‘scientist’ Toni Kola and see if you are smarter than a five-year-old, box fort building, giant Jenga, the giant slide free fall and an explosive show from Professor Fizzhin.

Refuelling guests, the Atomic Café and Glow Bar will have a mix of old-school favourites with some classic cocktails, creating Red Frog mojitos, fairy bread martinis and lunchbox classics including a Devon, cheese and tomato sauce sandwich, pizza pockets and Chiko rolls. Wandering Wood Fired Pizza and Cannoli Brothers will also be there serving their signature goodies.

So, get your permission slips signed and pick out your coolest uniform-free outfit because Questacon is open after-dark for adults-only.
