Get ready movie goers and film enthusiasts, the Japanese Film Festival is presenting a free online Film Festival from 14 to 27 February 2022.
JFF Online 2022 marks the second time The Japanese Foundation Sydney has presented a free Australia-wide film festival, with the first offered in 2020 during the pandemic.
“The international Festival program of hot new feature films and well-loved favourites direct from Japan, is being streamed to Australia, as part of a global initiative where 25 countries around the world will be able to see these great films at the same time,” says Japanese Film Festival Director, Yurika Sugie.
“Australians across the country can now enjoy some really cutting-edge cinema straight from Japan. The program includes hair-raising thrillers, wholesome comedies, powerful dramas, insightful documentaries and more,” says Japanese Film Festival Programmer, Susan Bui.
