Featuring numerous textures and colours by Sydney designer Kelly Ross, the interior of the venue combines marble, wood, metal, plastic and warm frosted lights above green velour lounges to present a comfortable space with all the trimmings.

Italian-born Head Chef, Francesco Balestrieri, has created a menu inspired by the experience his heritage and memories of food shared among family and friends. Balesterieri embraces techniques of the old country by curing his own ocean trout, pickling vegetables, dehydrating mushrooms and toasting grains.
