“The inclusion of both indulgent and comforting elements in the menu strikes a balance that resonates with the broader culinary philosophy of Braddon Merchant. Dishes such as the Dry Aged Duck Breast with Peach Butter and the comforting Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi both contribute to this balance,” says Kashyap.
A standout dish that will add just the right mood to your evening is the Hiramasa Kingfish. A delicate balance of flavours, the white soy emulsion, fig, lime and coriander oil showcase the elegance of fresh seafood.
And, of course, there’s nothing more romantic than sharing a truly decadent dessert. Trust us when we say the Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart & Vanilla Crème Diplomate promises to be the perfect sweet conclusion to your meal, ending your evening on a high.
“Our goal is to provide a memorable and romantic experience that goes beyond just a meal,” says Kashyap.
The restaurant also invites diners to elevate their meal and add a selection of expertly paired wines for $60pp or bottomless Moët Chandon Impérial Brut for $100pp (2 hours).
