From tide to table, garden to glass, farm to fork and paddock to pint, get your hands on the freshest produce from Merimbula and beyond at the annual EAT Festival.

Set once again on the pristine waters of Merimbula Lake at the Fishpen, on Sunday 9 March from 10am-2pm, celebrate the local produce, growers, distillers, brewers and chefs from the Sapphire Coast.

From hatted waterside restaurants, award-winning distilleries and bespoke bakeries, expect to see local favourites including Valentina, Bar Superette, North of Eden Gin, Bar Monti, Umiko, Eastwoods, Kitty’s Bar, Dulcies, Sapphire Coast Wilderness Oysters, Nine Circles Distillery, MorMors and many more.

With all dishes capped at $15, try incredible fresh seafood and delights like a classic bug roll from Valentina, a squid sandwich from Bar Superette, homemade ravioli from Bar Monti, and spirit tastings from Nine Circles Distilling.

While the main event will be held on Sunday, over the entire long weekend, there will be food experiences and workshops with some of the local vendors. This includes oyster shucking with Broadwater Oysters, Friday pizza night with Drift Tathra and a gin school and graze experience with North of Eden Distillery.

A beautiful time of year to visit the coast, for both the weather and abundance of produce, this year’s festival brings together the region’s finest, offering you the ultimate foodie experience.

Entry to the festival is free. To find out the full list of vendors, their menus and experiences, visit EAT Festival.
