Wine ‘N’ Wagyu at Flint Dining Room & Bar featuring wines from Shaw Vineyard Estate and Wagyu beef from Gundooee, the ONLY certified organic Wagyu producers in Australia.

This event is the perfect opportunity to sample this unique beef alongside some of the best wines the region has to offer.

Gundooee is an environmental and ethical family farm in the region, 100% Australian owned and operated. Their Wagyu beef is certified organic, certified Wagyu, rich in flavour and nutrition.

The set menu features dishes such as the duo of roasted sirloin & jasmine tea smoked rib eye with chestnut puree, slow cooked Jerusalem artichokes and caramel sauce – matched with 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Special guest speakers Graeme Shaw from Shaw Vineyard Estate and Rob and Nit Lennon from Gundooee will also be on hand, sharing their knowledge of Wine and Wagyu.
